My heart goes out to you Maz

No matter how bad you think your lot in life is there is always someone whose lot is worse.
I learned today that an old girlfriend, Maz, had lost her father-in-law, he committed suicide, lost her husband Gavin to lymphoma at the age of 42 and 2 years later lost her 11 year old son to a brain tumour.
Although I didn't know Gavin well he was by all accounts a force of nature. Fittingly he left a wonderful legacy, RUOK, a suicide prevention charity in Australia started following his father's suicide.
Knowing the strength she possessed I have no doubt Maz will have used the adversity she has faced to positive effect, nonetheless she has suffered more loss and sorrow than anyone deserves to bear at such a young age.
Maz my heart goes out to you and your 2 children.
